Product Manager
We’re a funded, stealth startup modernizing overlooked assets within the hospitality industry.
We’re looking for a product manager who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can navigate the complex world of hospitality workflows while leveraging modern AI capabilities. You’ll work directly with our founding team to shape the product from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the product roadmap in close collaboration with our CTO and founding team
- Own the product development lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration
- Research and understand complex hospitality workflows, pain points, and opportunities
- Bridge technical possibilities with market needs - especially around AI/LLM integration opportunities
- Work directly with customers to validate assumptions, gather feedback, and drive adoption
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to inform data-driven product decisions
What We’re Looking For
Technical Chops
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and enterprise products
- Strong technical fluency - you can have detailed conversations with engineers about APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Experience with complex integrations and understanding of how enterprise software systems connect
- Some hands-on experience and strong opinions (weakly held) about how LLMs and AI can enhance user workflows
- Data analysis skills - comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and interpreting user behavior data
Soft Skills & Working Style
- Founding team mentality - non-linear, changing environments are comforting to you
- Systems thinking - you can predict how product decisions impact technical architecture, operations, and user experience
- Communication skills - you can codeswitch between tech-speak and corpo-speak
- Customer obsessed - you default to talking to users and validating assumptions with real data, qualitative and quantitative
- Quality-focused - you ship thoughtfully and measure what matters
- Ownership mindset - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs
Helpful, but not necessary
- Experience in hospitality and travel (e.g., understanding of PMSs, OTAs, booking engines, etc.)
- Previous startup experience, especially at the founding stage
- Technical background or ability to write basic code
- Experience with API-first or integration-heavy products
- Background in AI/ML product development

Compensation and Leveling Expectations
- We prefer full-time work arrangements, but can be flexible for the right candidates.
- Expected salary range for NYC candidates: $150,000 - $180,000/annum
- Remote candidates: competitive compensation based on location and experience
