We are an early-stage travel and hospitality startup building a new kind of marketplace for hotels and travelers. We’re operating in stealth as we prepare for a broader launch and are focused on building flexible technology, strong industry partnerships, and a durable go-to-market foundation.

The Team

We’re building a team to lead Demand Generation and define how customers discover, understand, and ultimately choose to book travel through our platform.

These roles are responsible for building demand from the ground up: developing a clear acquisition strategy, expressing our brand narrative across channels, and identifying creative, non-traditional ways to reach travelers without relying solely on traditional (and expensive) paid media.

These are hands-on roles with meaningful scope and responsibility. You will help define how demand is generated, measured, and scaled, and your work will directly influence how the company grows.

What You’ll Do

  1. Own customer acquisition strategy across channels, with a strong bias toward creative, efficient, and non-obvious approaches
  2. Develop and articulate our brand story in a way that resonates with modern travelers
  3. Experiment with a mix of organic, partnership, PR, paid, and community-driven growth tactics
  4. Build and manage early marketing experiments, measure results, and iterate quickly
  5. Establish core marketing analytics, attribution, and performance benchmarks
  6. Work closely with founders, internal cross-functional department leaders, and hotel partners as the product and positioning evolve
  7. Define how demand scales alongside supply in a constrained, early-stage environment
  8. Bring a balanced point of view on paid media: capable of running it well, but skeptical of it as the primary early growth engine

Who You Are

Team members may come from travel, media, or a high-growth consumer startup background, but are all comfortable building demand where no obvious playbook exists.

You likely have:

  • Experience growing a consumer brand or product from an early stage
  • Strong intuition for storytelling, positioning, and how brands earn attention
  • A solid grasp of marketing analytics, attribution, and acquisition economics
  • Comfort with resourcefulness and flexibility as we scale from lean to robust operations
  • Curiosity about how marketplaces, culture, and consumer behavior intersect
  • A bias toward experimentation, enthusiasm, learning, and building

Experience in travel or OTA-style businesses is a plus, but experience challenging conventional growth models is more important.

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and aligned with candidates’ experience. We are focused on finding candidates who can meaningfully shape how the company grows and who want direct responsibility for outcomes. These positions could start as fractional but will be full time as the company scales.
